Are you in need of a cleaning service? Well, let me save you from a costly mistake. I had a terrible experience and I urge you to steer clear of them. First off, the cleaners they hire are unsupervised contractors who lack the necessary skills and materials to provide a satisfactory service. They show up ill-prepared, resulting in subpar cleaning practices. To make matters worse, these contractors display no professionalism whatsoever. They act as if they're oblivious to the fact that they are working in someone's home. Who wants to deal with that level of discomfort during a cleaning service? Communication with their office is a complete mess. I received conflicting emails and contradictory information. To add insult to injury, they even damaged my couch while trying to steam clean it. The resulting marks and water damage will cost me an additional £200 for repairs. This whole experience was a nightmare.
