You couldn't find a more helpful person than Liz who owns and runs Finishing Touches. A font of cake making and decorating knowledge that she happily shares when asked. Her shop in Thornbury is great for all you cake or preserve making needs and the courses she runs are fun & informative while relaxed. I honestly couldn't recommend Finishing Touches highly enough.
