Friendly service. Good rates. I would happily recommend them to any of my friends and family with pets. The grooming area was clean and tidy. Easy to get to and local.

We took our puppy Mya for her first groom,she is normally nervous around new people and we were worried about how she would be once left. However Mya was put at ease with Charlie and very happy to be pampered. Charlie went above and beyond to ensure she was happy and comfortable, also taking care of her needs as she has sensitive skin. When we collected mya she was in no rush to leave Charlie and looked fantastic. We regulary use vipaws and are more than happy to leave Mya in Charlies extremely capable hands. Mya loves her baths and time with Charlie, and the cost is a lot cheaper( very reasonable) than other companies. Mya will continue to be a regular customer with comapny that loves/cares for our puppy as much as we do.

The service Charlie offers is second to none he is polite,proffesional and reliable. He is always thorough in everything he does and i will never consider another groomer after visiting charlies salon. He clearly takes pride in what he does and the results he is able to achieve are amazing. An all round proffesional service also at a great cost.

The quality of grooming is outstanding, Charlie is exceptionally kind with the dogs and treats them as if his own. My miniature schnauzer is fidgety and always knotty and leaves Charlie looking immaculate. I would trust Charlie with any animal I owned and would not hesitate to recommend him - so glad that Charlie is a groomer and in our area.
