I haven't had any work done yet, so I can't really say much.
Ismael, the Surveyor was really pleasant, smart, informative and very friendly.
I would have given him ten out of ten but he got caught up in the weather on the M5 and was a bit late. However he did phone to let me know he was going to be late, which was thoughtful.

Mark and Adam arrived at my property at the time arranged .
They were very polite and knowledgeable and talked me through what they were going to do regarding my new boiler.
They got on with the job in a very professional Manner.
When the job was completed they tidied up and even took the time to go through the workings of the boiler.
Overall I would highly recommend these guys to any of my friends.
