They almost ruined my wedding. Reserved and pre-paid for two cars from Bromley and Chislehurst to Islington on the 21st September for travel on the 30th for my parents and family friend to attend my wedding. Called on the 27th to confirm those cars. On the 30th, after 15 minutes there was no car for my parents. Called the cab company and they said the driver had 'an emergency'. Same with the other car for the family friend. They said they would call back in 10 minutes and arrange another car. They didn't call back. I called again asking about another car. They repeated the same thing about scheduling a replacement and said they would call back. They didn't call back. Same thing again until the 4th time, when they finally said that they didn't have any drivers and would refund my money. This left me scrambling around for a taxi for my parents 2 hours before the wedding ceremony despite me booking and paying over a week in advance and double-checking the booking. My parents were able to make it because of a lucky Uber driver but were 15 minutes late for my wedding. Absolutely disgusting customer service and I would warn other customers to stay as far away from this company as possible.
