Extremely poor service. Attended our estate to service two boilers for high rise blocks. One boiler untouched at the end of day - panels covered in dust with not a single finger print on them and nothing to indicate that the boiler had been opened at all. An independent heating engineer says he would sear in court that the boiler had not been touched. At the end a report was issued saying we needed over £16,000 of additional work (we were charged over £2000 for the non existant service. When we tried to argue that payment was not due as work not completed we were threatened with court action. I would never recommend this company
