I called them around 9.15pm as we were locked out and had left the keys in the lock on the other side. I was told by the person at the office that I'd be charged £120 plus any additional parts required, after I'd explained what the issue was. When the locksmith arrived, he charged us £120 only for the call plus £220 to remove the lock. By the time he'd replaced the lock with a new one (not even original Banham), the bill came to £900. The job was done well but seemed like a ripoff and I did not appreciate the initial lack of transparency. Would not recommend.
