Not a 5* experience as advertised - the woodland setting is tranquil, and the idea of a tree house retreat is lovely in theory. But basic comfort was lacking, the bed and pillows were firm, making it difficult to sleep. And each morning, we were woken by sunlight flooding through a skylight directly over the bed (to our suprise without any option to cover at all) and several unshaded windows with no appropriate blinds, no restful sleeps. At this price point, the basics shouldn’t need troubleshooting, nor should guests be expected to negotiate comfort after arrival. That’s not luxury, that’s compromise! If we wanted to go camping in the woods we could have had that for a fraction of the price, so regretfully, I can not recommend.
