Sent me a quote last Summer. 2 days prior to collection they added on hidden costs?! NOT included within the original quote and NOT previously mentioned in the 6 months previously we had been in communication about this project. I have requested my deposit be returned as they have not been transparent from the outset. Now being ignored. Not a good way to run your business by piling on extra costs then ignoring your customers.
