I called this company on 30th July after losing all cold water to my shower and bath. After spending a long time investigating, Robert told me I was looking at a repair of around £2,000 or that I should replace the system with a new combi boiler. I explained that I was a first-time homeowner and that this was a huge, unexpected expense. I was charged nearly £300 for the visit. Wanting a second opinion, I called another plumber. Within two minutes, he drained the affected pipe, restoring the cold water immediately. No major repair. No new boiler. I contacted Robert to ask what I'd paid nearly £300 for and if i could have a partial refund. His response was, "His name must be Jesus..." followed by, "Joke's on you mug." Looking back, it feels like my lack of experience as a new homeowner was used to push unnecessary, expensive work. The issue turned out to be a pipe that simply needed to be drained, and the dismissive, insulting response afterwards only reinforced my view. I found the whole experience unprofessional and completely unacceptable.
