Step2 Design is a design consultancy that specialises in taking ideas from concept through to manufacture, including prototyping and manufacture. Step2 Design believes in turning ideas into reality, utilising the latest 3D software to create technical models and marketing renders.

Technical Design

• Full RFD & RFP 3D CAD modelling for manufacture.

• Full technical drawing packs for manufacture.

• Modelling for costing packs – initial development intent packs for pricing.

• Injection moulding design service.

• Surface modelling of complex parts / items.

• Mechanical rig development.

Proof of Concept Prototyping / 3D Printing.

• In house FDM 3D printing for POC for product development - we have 2 machines that have a 300 x 300 x 400mm build area.

• In house – SLA – for small product part printing.

3D Concept Rendering & Animation.

• We use Maya, Sketchup, Twinmotion and the full Adobe Suite.
