Personal Training/ Weight loss/ Muscle Building.

*We will work together on the gym floor 1 to 3 times a week. In 1-2-1 sessions we will work on technique, form, mind muscle connection, intesity, gym confidence etc..

*I'll make you bespoke workout plan after innitial free assesment for you to follow when you have sessions by yourself.

* We will decide nutrition approach we going to apply to your journey. Normally is either meal plan made by me or you will have flexibility by me giving macros/ calories to follow.

*You will check in with me weekly. I will monitor your progress and make changes to your plans accordigly, ensuring progress doesn't plateau.
