Trade Floor began trading online in 2010 with the objective of changing the way retail flooring companies interact and serve domestic customers. In 2012 we opened in the Willow Brook Centre, Bradley Stoke where for the first time customers could view our range of wood, laminate, carpet and vinyl flooring as well as discussing their requirements with a fully trained member of staff.

Due to our helpful service, free home appointments and quality range of products Trade Floor quickly became the first choice flooring supplier for local people like Mr and Mrs Smith of Bradley Stoke who said: "When we first saw the stall at Tesco we were excited to think there was a flooring retailer on our doorstep however like many residence wanted to ensure they would be their long term before placing an order. Eventually we booked an appointment and from that moment to completion the service we received was fantastic, we felt looked after every step of the way. Our new floor looks incredible and we cant recommend this company enough".

Trade Floor has supplied and installed over 500 new floors in the local area and is proud to be considered the number one choice for many residents. We will continue develop, grow and listen to our customers ensuring they are at the centre of our business.
