Mark and his team replaced our boiler when our old one died at the start of a cold January! He was great. He gave us good advice on our options and was clear about the costs involved. Successfully replaced a seized immersion heater element. Offered clear friendly advice on initial contact, and explained what the job required. Mark and his team came in to do a variety of tasks, ranging from tracking down blockage in bathroom drain pipes, and realigning them, . to sorting new thermostatic valves on rads, servicing boiler and advising on our rather unruly timer and generally balancing the heating system so that it would perform more efficiently. . They worked quietly and quickly,, and made ever every effort to ensure everything was A1 when they left. Mats were put down to save floors and hoovering thorough. They were cheerful and courteous, talked nicely to our nosey dog. and were a pleasure to have around. Highly recommended.

Mark installed a new downstairs cloakroom. I am really pleased with the result. He organised the job well and had specialists in for the carpentry and tiling. He did all the plumbing. His quote was reasonable and he kept to the agreed timetable. Well done Mark!
