I have called on Mark @ XL Plumbing & Heating several times in recent years and have always found him to be polite, conscientious and trustworthy. He gets to you when he says he will, he treats you and your property with respect, gives an honest appraisal of the situation (even if it means he talks himself out of some business!) and takes pride in his work.
