Contacted this company to see if they could assist with keeping my Mum indepepdent in her own home, as she was finding the stairs very onerous. within 4 hours of my telephone call, Richard had conducted a survey and given us advice and a quote on the best type of stair lift for Mum and and was able to arrange installation. The following day the installation team arrived , quick, efficient and very tidy work. They gave Mum instruction on use and assisted with the trial run. 36 hours from initial contact to finish of installation. Excellent customer service from a knowledgable and caring team. The words 'Thank you' aren't enough for saving Mum's independence. I would highly reccommend this company if you need a stairlift installation.
