I have been attending Pilates classes with Jill since May 2012 as I wanted to focus on my core and improve my posture. As the classes are small we have a lot of one to one attention and help with the moves to make sure we are doing them correctly. I have certainly noticed a difference in my posture over my years of attending the classes. The sessions vary during each block which keeps things interesting and challenging. I always look forward to every class and an hour to focus on myself.
Jill was also a great help when I was pregnant and we had one on one session of pre-natal Pilates which was fantastic in keeping me focused throughout my pregnancy.

Following treatment for a back condition (bulging disc), I was encouraged to participate in Pilates to help strengthen my core muscles and improve posture. Working in small group classes with Jill has been very beneficial. Jill’s attention to detail and awareness of movements to avoid has been instrumental in a marked improvement to my back. Pilates has also been helpful to my work in the gym; in particular lifting weights in the correct way. I feel that my overall level of fitness and strength has improved over the 18 months I have been doing Pilates.
