21 Malvern Terrace is a furnished Student House in Swansea located within easy walking distance to the Singleton, SA1 and Trinity St David University campuses, Local Shops and the beach.

Our properties are owned directly by a local Swansea family, we are local and so no intermediate agency nonsense and we're always available to fix any problems with our properties or generally help out if we can.

Our student rooms each have robust locks and are furnished with beds and desks etc.

Our 2019-20 academic year rate per room is £350.00 per month.
